Library cards expire every 2 years. To renew your card, you would just need to come in to any Benton County Public Library location and show us your photo ID and proof of current address (if your ID has your current address on it, that is all we need to see) and we'll renew it for you.
Residents may renew their accounts without visiting a branch by sending a picture or scan of a current utility bill which clearly shows their name, street address, and the date. I’m sorry, we cannot renew an account when only a PO box is shown. You may block out the account number on the bill if you like. The image of the bill will then be deleted.
