The Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) contain the laws currently in force in Oregon. The latest edition available is the 2015 ed (it comes out every 2 years) and is available online at www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/Pages/ORS.aspx. As it says in the preface, this 2015 edition does not include any changes to the laws from the 2016 legislative session. The 2017 edition will be available in early 2018.

You can search the ORS by subject, but tracing HB2801 to see where it is included in the ORS is would be fairly complicated. I would recommend consulting with the law librarian at the Benton County Law library. See www.co.benton.or.us/countycounsel/page/benton-county-law-library for contact information.
