We do not have the map here at the Corvallis Library. I called the Oregon Dept of Forestry office in Philomath, and they have copies of the map there for $6. They said the map is called "West Oregon Protection District" map. I checked OSU Library's catalog, and they do have a map by that name but it is from 1988. You may want to check with them to see if they have a more current edition. The University of Oregon Library has a 1995 version of the map.
