Thanks for contacting us with your question. I talked with several other librarians and none of us were aware of the transfer problem (we haven't encountered it with other patrons yet). 

I did some research on the web and saw a few libraries had answers on how to remedy the situation. Could you try the steps outlined here or here?

Or, do you have the OverDrive Media Console app downloaded directly on to your iTouch? If you have the app on the iTouch, then you can download the book directly on to it instead of having to transfer it. That was another idea we thought might help.
