I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. The fulfillment error occurs when people click the download link to an eBook or audiobook more than three times before the end of its lending period.

Can you send me the title of the audiobook that you're talking about? I will also need your library card number too. Once I have that information, I can manually reset the download link so you can try to download it again. Returning the book will not be necessary to fix the problem, and resetting the download link usually solves the problem.
