Thanks for getting in touch. We do offer Ebook Clinics that could provide assistance, but we do not currently have one scheduled and they are not necessarily offered on a routine basis (usually we start offering them around holiday time; keep an eye on the event calendar for upcoming Clinics). However, anytime the library is open you can drop by the 2nd floor reference desk and we would happily walk you through everything you need to know to use your Kindle with Library2Go. Alternatively, we can also schedule a one-on-one appointment, if you prefer, with a librarian who could also walk you through everything you need to know. If you'd like an appointment, I'd be happy to set one up with you at your convenience. Please just reply back to this email and let me know. I am here Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm and if you emailed back with a few time preferences, I'm sure we can work something out.

Also, if you haven't seen them already, we do have instruction sheets for both the black and white and color Kindles (Kindle Fire) that you may find helpful.
