When your holds get checked out, they're bagged and staged for delivery, but it can then take about a week to get them to your door. It's usually faster, but we can't always get enough staff on deck for pulling holds from our shelves, bagging/staging, and driving. In fact, we're delivering to about 5,000 people without the help of our library volunteers (we can't bring our volunteers back in the library yet, though some have offered). That said, if you still don't have them a week from the date they were checked out, it wouldn't hurt to contact us. There is an alternative to waiting, however. You are welcome to pick up your delivery holds during our walk-up hours.
