Greetings!  Sorry to hear you're having issues with our catalog.  The good news is I think we can fix it!

This "undefined" error happens because the catalog is written only for English, Spanish, or French (or by code, EN-US, EN, ES and FR).

When a person's browser is set to a language other than that, since there's no translation for some of those headers/labels, you get "undefined" and blank text.

The first/quick fix would be - at the very bottom of the page, in the footer, should be "read in" and you can set the language to English (or Spanish or French).  Try clicking on English.  (Strangely, if you're already in English, the link reads "British").

The next step would be to change/reset your browser's international setting. In Chrome, click the settings gear and search for "language", then in the language section add/set English.  I *think* but am not 100% you can have multiple languages set for Chrome and it should still work.

Apologies for the inconvenience!  This is definitely something we've asked to be fixed with our system!

Hope that helps and please let me know how it goes!
